Shipping policy

All orders over $75 receive free shipping.

We require at least 48 business hours from the time your payment has cleared to process all orders.

We do not ship on weekends.

During sale times, i.e. 4/20 week and Christmas allow 48-72 business hours for us to process shipments. Please contact us prior to completing your purchase to receive an estimated delivery time.

Adult Verified Signature Required at delivery (21+) on orders $250 and up. The only person that can sign for the package is the addressee

We ship USPS and UPS only. Shipping usually takes 2-14 business days depending on where you are located. Your tracking # will be emailed to you the same day your item is shipped. Here is a list of The states we ship to and their approximate shipping times.

Re-sending Failed Deliveries.

Any order that is failed to be delivered do to incorrect or insufficient address will be resent to customer after a return shipping fee has been collected. Shipping fees will vary from $5-50 depending on the size of the package. After the return shipping fee is collected The Mighty Quinn will resend out the package after receiving the correct address. Refusal to pay the re-shipping fee will result in a cancellation of the order along with a 20% restocking fee.

 

In Store Pick Up

We require at least 48 business hours from the time your payment has cleared to process all orders, we do not relocate items on the weekends. During sale times, i.e. 4/20 week and Christmas allow 48-72 business hours for us to process shipments. Please contact us prior to completing your purchase to receive an estimated delivery time.

ONLY the person on the order is allowed to pick up.

A form of government issued identification and the Credit Card used to place the order must be shown at time of pick up for age verification and order accuracy.

Fulfilled pick up orders will be held in the requested store for no more than 30 days.

After 30 days from the date of purchase the order will be cancelled and the items will be restocked with 20% restocking fee

 

Shipping/Handling Costs

S & H costs cover thorough packaging of all items. We make sure all glass is securely wrapped in 1-2 layers of bubble wrap, and that the box being shipped is lined with a thick layer of bubble wrap. In addition to packaging the S & H costs cover the verified signature at delivery, if necessary.
