Refunds / Cancellations

Once the item has been shipped ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

If you receive a package that has visible damage DO NOT OPEN. You must take a video or multiple pictures of the un-opened box and immediately call The Mighty Quinn at 707-545-4975. If any damaged items are received, immediately take photos of the package and all contents. Keep all packaging. You must call 707-545-4975 or Email mightyquinnshipping@gmail.com within 24 hours of receipt to notify us of the problem. We will ask you to email the photos with any other pertinent information. We will respond to your email with info on how to proceed. If need be we will refund the cost of shipping for you to send the Item back. If an acceptable replacement is not in stock we will refund the cost of your item. Any item that has been used or is not in original condition may not be returned.

Cancellations

Age Verification. If our system cannot verify your age, we will send you an age verification email. You will be required to provide a valid form of age verification upon request. If proof of age verification is not sent. 30 days after date of purchase we will charge a 20% restocking fee for any order cancellations.

If an Age Verification email is sent to purchaser and purchaser cannot and/or refuses to send proof of age verification. The order will be cancelled with a 20% restocking fee.

If a cancellation is made after 12:00PM PST the day after the order is placed (with age verification) a 20% restocking fee will apply.

The order may not be cancelled if the item has been shipped.

Once the item has been shipped ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
