DAMAGED/BROKEN PRODUCTS
If you receive a package that has visible damage DO NOT OPEN. You must take a video or multiple pictures of the un-opened box and immediately call The Mighty Quinn at 707-545-4975.
If any damaged items are received, immediately take photos of the package and all damaged contents. Keep all packaging. You must call 707-545-4975 or Email mightyquinnsales@gmail.com within 72 hours of receiving the package to notify us of the problem. We will ask you to email the photos with any other pertinent information if needed. We will respond to your email with info on how to proceed. If an exchange has been approved we will refund the cost of shipping for you to send the Item back. If an acceptable replacement is not in stock we will refund the cost of your order. Any item that has been used or is not in original condition may not be returned.
ACCIDENTAL PURCHASE OF INCORRECT ITEM:
To exchange an incorrect ordered item we will need to charge another shipping and handling fee of $10 for the return of the item, and shipping of the correct item. Once the incorrect item has been delivered back to The Mighty Quinn the correct item will then be shipped out.
INCORRECT ITEM DELIVERED:
If you receive an item that is the incorrect item(s) from what was ordered. Please contact us at MightyQuinnShipping@gmail.com with-in 72 hours of receiving the package. Please be prepared to send a picture of the item(s) received so we may verify the mistake. Once verified we will send a return shipping label for the incorrect item(s) and will send out the correct item.
Cancellations
Age Verification. If our system cannot verify your age, we will send you an age verification email. You will be required to provide a valid form of age verification upon request. If proof of age verification is not sent. 30 days after date of purchase we will charge a 20% restocking fee for any order cancellations.
If an Age Verification email is sent to purchaser and purchaser cannot and/or refuses to send proof of age verification. The order will be cancelled with a 20% restocking fee.
If a cancellation is made after 12:00PM PST the day after the order is placed (with age verification) a 20% restocking fee will apply.
The order may not be cancelled if the item has been shipped.
Once the item has been shipped ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
